Mr. LoBue began conducting trials at the inception of his legal career with the United States Navy's Judge Advocate General's Corps, taking over 50 cases to verdict in his 4 year Naval career.
He decided to go into private practice at the end of his Navy tour of duty and took a position as a trial attorney with Travelers Property Casualty Insurance Company. While there he litigated and tried many personal injury cases on behalf of Travelers. After 5 years with Travelers, he accepted a Senior Trial Attorney position with Firemen's Fund Insurance Company and continued his trial practice there. After several years at Firemen's Fund, he accepted a postion at a private Manhattan based insurance defense firm where he was offered and accepted a partnership position. During the course of his tenure there, he tried over 20 civil cases to verdict on behalf of numerous insurance carriers and large self-insured defendants.
In 2006, Mr. LoBue decided to "hang out his own shingle" and start his own practice. Mr. LoBue now represents many individuals in personal injury actions in New York and New Jersey.
Mr. LoBue graduated from Seton Hall University in 1988 with B.S. in Business Administration. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University in 1991.
He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the U.S. District Court for New Jersey.
